The eCommerce Content Manager is a new position and is responsible for leading the strategy, execution and respective process (planning, briefing, optimization, etc.) for all site content that supports eCommerce business objectives. This role will help drive efficiency and identify opportunities and solutions to deliver an outstanding storytelling experience for our customers. The role will work closely with cross-functional partners including merchandising, creative, marketing, site experience and technology teams.
The right candidate will be analytical, entrepreneurial, action-oriented and able to get results. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. While developing reporting to track key metrics will be important, the focus of this role is on enhancing and optimizing the content and storytelling experience on containerstore.com.
