Bridging science communications and the digital experience, the Web Content Manager, Research is responsible for writing, managing and publishing research-oriented content to the public website of The Jackson Laboratory. They develop and monitor research content, making sure it remains accurate, up to date, and consistent with JAX's brand and messaging and aligns with user journeys. Reporting to the Associate Director, Research Communications, the Web Content Manager, Research will work closely with colleagues in Strategic Communications and the research enterprise, including daily interactions with faculty and scientific program, leads across JAX.
