Family Engagement is a newly established area within Digital Consumer and Engagement. Our focus is on establishing two-way, long lasting and meaningful relationships with our consumers and shoppers. We work closely with a broad sweep of departments and partners including our Market groups, LEGO Retail, The LEGO Agency and Digital development partners to ensure the best possible engaging and brand experience on LEGO.com and other owned channels targeting families with an existing or upcoming passion for this amazing brand.

As you see, digitalization is a key strategic challenge for us and the Family Engagement team is an important driver across the entire organisation for driving this agenda, and now we are looking for our newest awesome team member who will create customer value along this journey!

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Create engaging and effective visual and interactive user experiences that provides exceptional experiences for family audiences
  • Translate concepts into user flows, mock ups and prototypes/experiments that leads to intuitive user experiences
  • Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching and prototyping the user-testing experiences for digital products
  • Collaborate alongside the CX Team to understand their vision and objectives
  • Optimise existing experiences to boost user engagement
  • Present ideas and designs and explain rationale to senior partners
  • Work with business and system analysts ensuring the user experience designs are understood to enable the requirements and solution to meet the design

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Web based product management/operations experience e.g. websites, web applications or software systems
  • Experience of software/application development processes
  • Detail oriented and analytic approach
  • Experience in management of UX Design
  • Project management experience
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
