WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As one of the leaders and change drivers in programmatic advertising, The Trade Desk is transforming the way we monetize and consume content. Our industry is complicated, but we don’t believe our platform should be. That’s why we’ve recently launched a re-imagined, game-changing user experience for our customers.
But there’s plenty of work to do. As a Senior Technical Writer, you’ll play a key role in helping users leverage our platform to meet their goals via the API as well as the UI. We’re looking for a great communicator, both verbal and in writing, with strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly. You’re inquisitive, asking great questions and digging deep with subject matter experts to understand our platform and our users. Your questions not only lead to simple, useful, organized documentation, but they can influence the quality of the product.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Senior Technical Writer (API) will create technical content primarily for developers who are working with our platform. You’ll join a high-performing team of technical writers and report to the Senior Manager, Technical Content. As a member of this team, you’ll work with product managers, engineers, and many others throughout the organization to understand the product and create helpful, clear, accurate documentation. You will also engage on meaningful initiatives driven by our team as we re-envision the information experience for our customers and address the needs of a growing global customer base.
