Requirements

We are looking for a creative and experienced UX Writer to join our team. As a UX Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and effective copy for our digital products, with a focus on enhancing the user experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric content that supports our product goals and objectives. Your role will also involve conducting user research and testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences. You will use this information to develop effective messaging, microcopy, and content that meets our brand voice and tone.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone for our digital products
• Craft user-centric copy that guides users through our digital products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that content aligns with product goals and objectives
• Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences
• Use data and insights to inform content decisions and make improvements
• Write and edit messaging, microcopy, and other UX content
• Create and maintain content style guides and documentation
• Continuously improve and iterate on existing content based on user feedback and testing results

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Languages, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy for digital products
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio that showcases your work
• Strong knowledge of UX design principles and best practices
• Ability to conduct user research and testing and use data to inform content decisions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience creating and maintaining content style guides and documentation
