Content Strategist

The ideal candidate is a designer at heart with a strength in writing and a knack for organizing cohesive content. This role is part of the Associate Experience Product Team's Design Center within Human Resources.

As a Content Strategist, you will guide the human centered design process, drive strategic plans, and create user-centric solutions for digital products. Your expertise in content development will contribute to compelling and robust designs that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable content strategies to make measurable improvements across HR's employee lifecycle.
• Audit current content, customer needs, and compliance to identify gaps and recommend next steps.
• Collaborate with multiple partners to create cohesive content across platforms and touchpoints.
• Craft written content using the brand voice to inform, engage, and delight employees.
• Use customer feedback data to improve content delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in content strategy, design, or UX writing.
• Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design and service design methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proven ability to lead and adapt to meet project needs.
• Ability to maintain a professional tone in communications.
• Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and deliver quality work.
• 5+ years of content strategy or UX writing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with journey maps and service blueprints.
• Experience in Human Resources or internal communications.
• Familiarity with digital content tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.

Pay Range:

The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time employment. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on skills and experience.

$86,300 - $118,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
