The content team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok content. Discovering and promoting trends, producing filters and effects and ensuring a fun and safe community for all our users.
The content strategy team work as an integral part of this, monitoring performance, analysing data and providing strategic recommendations to set the overall content direction within team and with key cross-functional stakeholders. We're a fast paced, results oriented team, working across multiple projects simultaneously with colleagues across the globe.
We're looking for someone who loves diving into data to produce clear recommendations and who is able to motivate teammates to take action on them.
You'll be working as a UK Content Strategist, establishing and maintaining regular reporting, helping define KPIs of ad hoc projects and continuously looking for ways we can improve our tracking and understanding of the TikTok content ecosystem.
In your day to day, you'll be interpreting and visualising data, analysing results and providing guidance for our content strategy.
You'll work closely with international, cross-functional teams including; Partnerships & Community, Product, Data and Algorithm.
