About The Team
The SMB LATAM Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium sized businesses, providing education, guidance and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the LATAM Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. We are creative entrepreneurs at heart, ready to dig in and capitalize on the potential and opportunities of the platform and its creative community.

The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker but is first and foremost a visionary strategist. Candidates should have prior experience designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences and managing ecosystem strategies and implementation.
- Work with SMB Sales, Product and Marketing partners and Global marketing stakeholders to understand global and regional content needs and measurement framework
- Work closely with XFN partners and regional SMB stakeholders to communicate Creative related product and content strategy plans to the market
- Develop specific Creative product focused contents in different formats - testing and learning to continuously refine approach and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal research, enterprise marketing and other internal partners to craft content strategies and narrative development informed by research and messaging priorities
- Identify and package successful regionally led creative related content strategy approaches for scaling into / across other regions
- Build local distribution strategy, localize content and land customer playbooks from PMM, with building local case studies/proofpoints
- Partner closely with other SMB marketing team (Upper Funnel and Marketing Campaigns team) to create enablement and initiatives that focus on Creative products, Creative Strategies and Creative Programmings.
- Oversee the execution of narrative, playbook and content strategy through the management of third party vendors / agencies
- Report on content strategy success, opportunities and refinements
- Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a strategy or content strategy role
- Understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry is desirable
- Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance
- Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
