The Market Solutions Global Business Marketing team develop scaled marketing materials, from thought leadership to foundational guidance. Focusing on delivering strategic and creative best practice to educate clients HOW they can succeed on TikTok. Serving as strategic advisors to the business and structured in a way that will enable them to influence and drive as much business intent as possible. Marketing Solutions own the creation of 1:Many executions and work closely with B2B and other XFN teams on their deployment.

Marketing Solutions DACH sits in the DACH Business Marketing team, working closely with local B2B and regional Marketing Solutions stakeholders to set and drive the business agenda. Together with B2B Marketing, our Marketing Solution team supports the GBS DACH function.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience of success in creating tangible and actionable assets that can be deployed and redeployed across a variety of audiences, from EcoSystem Partners, the industry and scale, internal sales teams and agency partners. The candidate should have hands-on experience creating content for events, blogs, guides, sales decks and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget. You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, developing and executing, including identifying target segments, developing content, and reporting and iterating on results.

Responsibilities

  • Produce market-leading content that inspires and educates clients, agencies and ecosystem partners
  • Partner with DACH B2B Marketing team and support executing the DACH Business Marketing plan
  • Works with XFN stakeholders in local markets whilst achieving wider objectives for the DACH Business Marketing team
  • Partner closely with XFN teams on the development of local marketing content and messaging
  • Educate the local stakeholders on content from across the team EUI Marketing Solutions team
  • Localise from the EUI narrative around topics such as Creative, Performance and Trust
  • Produce sales enablement assets for core content, such as decks and one pagers for sales to utilise
  • Produce external marketing content assets that enable the B2B Marketing team to scale content through our paid, earned and owned marketing channels. Including events, industry events, email, website and social
  • Own and manage the case study process; aligning with XFN and sales on priority campaigns, and producing external facing case study collateral
  • Manage translation and the legal/comms approval processes that faciliate external sharing of content
  • Build strong relationships with local market leadership and collaborate on priorities and needs
  • Prioritise workstreams based on both local market needs and overall global business marketing objectives

Qualifications

  • Relatable experience working in a marketing team for a publisher, brand or start-up;
  • Have strong experience developing marketing materials that can be deployed at scale
  • Experience in leading projects individually
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Strong examples of B2B content marketing experience
  • Good knowledge of the social and media landscapes - knowledge of and experience in the DACH media industry
  • Self-starter, a fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking;
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments
