The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker but is first and foremost a visionary strategist. Candidates should have prior experience designing and executing multi-channel content strategies and managing third-party partners for campaign implementation.


  • Work with XFN Sales, Product and Marketing partners and Global marketing stakeholders to understand regional content needs and measurement framework
  • Own communication of local content strategies and timelines to XFN partners and Global/Regional SMB marketing stakeholders
  • Develop local upper funnel / acquisition focused content strategy across a range of evolving channels - testing and learning to continuously refine approach and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal research, marketing and paid media partners to craft content strategies informed by research and messaging priorities
  • Oversee the execution of content strategy through the management of third-party vendors / agencies
  • Report on content strategy success, opportunities and refinements


  • 5-8 years of experience in a strategy or content strategy role
  • A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry
  • Experience within a top tier creative agency, brand creative group or a strategy role within a technology company
  • Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance
  • Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
