Role Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Specialist to join our team full-time on a remote basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our audience across all social media platforms while aligning with our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website pages.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies to boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives.
- Content Management: Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent and effective communication with our audience.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a vibrant online community.
- Analytics & Optimization: Analyze content performance and identify opportunities to enhance reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with the overall brand strategy.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in web content writing, social media management, and content strategy.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter).
- Ability to craft creative and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer) to measure and optimize content performance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Passion for education, learning, and helping students achieve their goals.
- Preferred: Experience in the EdTech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
