At TRVL Code, our Content Manager works closely with the Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media teams to deliver well-executed marketing plans. The role involves creating engaging, high-quality content for both digital and print platforms that reflects the company’s vision and resonates with our target audience. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who is passionate about producing original, competitive, and strategically designed media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all digital and print platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO, enhancing visibility and discoverability.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Stay updated on the latest content trends and best practices, continuously improving skills and strategies.
- Work on diverse projects across multiple platforms, ensuring creativity and quality.
- Independently manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and balancing workload effectively.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, French, and English.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing trends, audience segmentation, and persona development.
- Proven experience in content strategy creation and implementation.
- Professional file management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.
- Passion for design and content creation.
- Adaptability to feedback and the ability to pivot strategies as needed.
Hard Skills
- CMS: Proficiency with content management systems and understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
- SEO: Expertise in SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Analytics: Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor content performance and drive data-informed decisions.
Soft Skills
- Strong stress management and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Enthusiasm for feedback-driven improvement and solution-oriented thinking.
