Right now, we are adding a Content Marketing Manager to the team. In this role, you will oversee planning and implementing the content marketing plan, PR and social media strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Content Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting key multimedia content pieces and narratives for various audiences and designing and implementing marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

What you'll do:

  • Create and manage the content strategy and overall omnichannel calendar to increase brand awareness and leads generation.
  • Develop highly engaging content, from initial copy development through to asset production, across Tulip’s direct to consumer digital platforms that is aligned with business objectives and consumer insights including blogs, press releases, webinar planning, social media content, website and ad copy, email and newsletter copy, whitepapers, definitive guides and more.
  • Work closely with Account Based Marketing Manager to develop and execute content that nurtures leads and drives engagement, acquisition and conversion.
  • Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of content and optimize plans for continuous improvement.
  • Project manage content creation (reviewing/editing) across functional teams.
  • Formulate and own best practices related to content marketing based on innovative trends.
  • Develop and Execute organic social media strategy and content creation.
  • Develop relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage in North America and Europe.
  • Develop testing strategies for communication to ensure the most effective approach and to ensure constant learning and optimizing.

What you bring:

  • University degree in marketing communications or journalism
  • 3+ years experience managing content development and strategy for a B2B or tech company with experience creating content plans and pieces that fuel growth
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with great understanding of all the stages of the sales and marketing funnel 
  • Analytical skills and ability to measure content effectiveness across multiple platforms with the right metrics to help optimize content performance
  • Experience working with a number of martech tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.), content management systems (WordPress), social media management tools (Hootsuite), and content optimization tools (SEO tools, Google Analytics)
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies focused on increasing followers and engagement while boosting brand awareness and lead generation
