- Produces, edits and adapts high-quality content for the new global platform keeping in mind the brand voice and digital storytelling best practices, from awareness to conversion.
- Establishes digital style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content.
- Supports the senior content strategist, content designer and UX designer in the delivery of content for new designs and templates.
- Works with subject matter experts and in-house content marketeers in copywriting tasks to create content that engages, educates and motivates our customers.
- Ensures consistency in all written communications while reviewing, editing and improving content written by others
- Ensures online content supports SEO goals, brand standards, web style guidelines and legal and compliance requirements
- Incorporates learnings from analytics data into the development of content
- Supports the UX writer and digital design when required

- Proofreading and in-page editing skills
- Experience writing technical content
- Experience in B2B organisations
- US English
- Understanding of UX writing principles
- Understanding of how to write for modular websites
- Comfortable liaising with CRO, SEO, proofreaders, translators and a wide range of content owners
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
