About the role

We are hiring a Content Strategist to lead our content strategy and execution across channels. As a member of our Marketing team, you’ll play a critical role in creating compelling content across key audiences in support of developing our brand and delivering business growth. This is an opportunity to tell the Two Chairs story, share our clinical expertise with the broader community, and help expand access to exceptional mental health care.

Where you’ll make an impact

  • Develop content strategies across Two Chairs’ audiences, including prospective clients, clinicians and providers
  • Create clear, concise and engaging content for owned channels including email, blog, social and events
  • Manage editorial calendar and content planning 
  • Provide content development support for our marketing and recruiting teams
  • Work with design resources on collateral
  • Identify opportunities to test and measure different content approaches and channels
  • Create and implement content distribution and audience development strategy
  • Partner closely with our Clinical team to develop content and a content strategy that demonstrates Two Chairs’ clinical expertise

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • 2-4 years hands-on experience developing content strategy and producing content across channels
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience developing an editorial calendar and related content
  • Experience creating and adapting content that performs across various marketing channels including blog, social, email and webinars
  • Expertise repurposing more nuanced content for multiple audiences at different levels of understanding
  • An ability to deeply understand and empathise with audiences 
  • An understanding of customer acquisition marketing and how to create content for different audiences
  • Experience with SEO and SEO best practices
  • A results orientation with ability to prioritize and/or test based on business impact
