To make sure that we provide best-in-class support to our customers, we're looking for a motivated, customer-experience obsessed Content Coordinator to help support content quality for Uber's US&C Community Operations Content team. This role will report into the Content Manager.

As a Content Coordinator, you'll work with team members across our organization to write and edit help articles for Help.Uber.com, saved responses used by agents during interactions with customers, and internal knowledge base articles. Content Coordinators work across all of Uber's lines of business and product teams. You may be a good fit if you enjoy writing clear and engaging content, are able to distill complex ideas into user-friendly content, and are able to produce high-quality writing and editing in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Write and edit high-quality, error-free support copy across multiple channels including: external help center, saved responses, and internal knowledge base
  • Effectively manage and prioritize steady stream of content requests from multiple departments with short, frequently changing timelines
  • Learn and master multiple knowledge base and content management tools
  • Assist with ongoing large-scale content audits to ensure adherence to proper tone and style guidelines
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all content adheres to legal, brand, and support tone/voice guidelines
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve content management tools, workflows and processes
  • Collaborate with other Content Coordinators and LOB program team members to benefit and improve US&C content as a whole

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of writing and editing experience in a professional role, preferably in a digital environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience writing or editing copy in a professional environment for internal and external users (and the ability to know the difference)
  • Proven ability to work on a deadline
  • Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience developing support content
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Demonstrated history of being a collaborative team player
