Job Description: Content Manager/Content Moderator

Role: Content Manager/Content Moderator

Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities

• Content Audits & Reporting - Conduct comprehensive audits of knowledge management content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with standards. Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings and improvement recommendations.
• Content Review & Quality Assurance - Thoroughly review and verify content for accuracy, quality, and adherence to organizational standards. Maintain consistency across all content pieces to uphold high-quality standards.
• Market Analysis & Insight Generation - Provide qualified leads and updated credit information to relevant teams. Track energy market trends and deliver actionable insights to enhance team decision-making and market awareness.
• Document Optimization - Audit and refine documentation to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. Establish processes to maintain knowledge base consistency and user accessibility.
• People Management - Oversee and manage a team of 50+ data entry operators. Provide leadership, set clear goals, and ensure timely task execution while fostering a positive work environment.
• Communication Excellence - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and share insights effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in content management, content moderation, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with an eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage large teams effectively, preferably in a data-intensive environment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in communication tools and content management systems.
• Knowledge of the education domain is a plus.
