Veta Health is seeking a Director of Content Marketing that has extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of the digital care space. You will manage content across the organization and develop and run marketing campaigns. The Director of Content Marketing role is part of the overall Marketing Department at Veta Health. Reporting to our Chief Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for promoting the Veta Health solution and continuously driving improvements in our company's overall marketing strategy.

The Director of Content Marketing will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing solution offerings, internally and externally.
  • Create and monitor KPIs within the marketing department including but not limited to efficiency, velocity, and trend indicators.
  • Understand marketing KPIs and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral and plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services, including writing and designing content.
  • Create and manage press releases independently and in conjunction with an agency.
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales including generating new sales opportunities to add to the funnel via outreach campaigns.
  • Attend and participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows; prepare engaging displays and collateral as needed; provide post-event reports and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams of experts including Clinical Services, Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Security/Compliance, and Customer Service to successfully deliver marketing plans and materials.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and embrace a culture of excellence.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.


  • 5+ years of experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, SEO campaigns, and event management.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing to healthcare systems, hospitals, payers, and employers with a general understanding of regulatory requirements for the industry (e.g., GxP, software as medical devices, HIPAA, GDPR etc.).
  • Strategic thinker who is an experienced team leader and can break down long-term goals into incremental milestones (developing, tracking, meeting/exceeding relevant KPIs).
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrates accountability, initiative and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and technical vernacular to effectively drive clear messaging to customers and users through marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with fast-paced, rapidly growing startups.
