Responsibilities and Attributions

Here at the Operational Intelligence (IO) Tribe/Squad - We work on 2 work fronts:

  • Process Automation - Focus on E2E delivery of process automation, covering process identification, mapping, BC creation, technical validation, delivery and support.¬†We use Cloud (Azure), RPA platforms (BluePrism, UIPath) and code languages ‚Äč‚Äč(Python, VB, C# and etc).
  • Service Automation - Focus on E2E delivery of service automation, covering process identification, mapping, BC creation, technical validation, delivery and support.¬†We use Cloud (Azure), ChatBot platforms and code languages.

The UX Writer assignment within the IO sub-chapter for the business journeys. Being responsible for:

  • Writing and proofreading conversational texts for Chatbot
  • Use and update Tone and Voice material for the Chatbot
  • Creating WhatsApp Prototypes for Chatbot Conversations

You definitely have to have:

  • Analytics of ChatBot interactions for continuous experience improvement;
  • Monitoring of model indicators, such as retention, attendance and access (Curatorship);
  • Ability to design new Chatbot features within the cognitive view;
  • Good communication both with the Client and with the DevTeam;
  • Practice in Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum);
  • Proactivity and focus on results;¬†and
  • Easy handling with technology and self-taught profile.

It would be really cool if you had (differential):

  • Previous experience with this function;
  • Knowledge of Figma and Jira tools;
  • Knowledge in ChatBot Automation (test or training);
  • Intermediate English for speaking, reading and writing.
