Job description

The Company: Wagestream is on a mission to bring better financial wellbeing to frontline workers. We partner with some of the world’s most famous employers - like Asda, Bupa, Burger King and the NHS - to make it happen, giving their teams access to a range of different financial benefits. Over three million people can now choose how often they’re paid, start saving, use budgeting tools, get free financial coaching, and access fairer financial products. All in one financial wellbeing super-app.

Wagestream is unique: VC-backed and growing at scale-up pace, but with a social conscience. Some of the world's leading financial charities and impact funds were our founding investors, and we operate on a social charter - which means every product we build has to improve financial health and reduce the $5.6bn ‘premium’ lower-income earners pay for financial services each year.

You’d be joining a team of over 150 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

The Opportunity: Bring our story to life - and to new audiences. The range of ways we support employers and their teams with financial wellbeing has expanded hugely since Wagestream was first founded in 2018 - from a couple of core services, to more than 15 different financial benefits across multiple countries. Your role will be to help us refresh the way we present that proposition to the outside world. Part of a growing and very skilled team, you’ll have direct influence on our creative output across a range of formats. Wagestream is now the most widely-used financial benefits platform - which means you’ll be reaching thousands of employers, millions of frontline workers, and influencing the rise of a new sector with your work. We’re passionate about making money fairer and frontline work more rewarding - and we want you to be part of that.

The Team: You’d be joining a growing marketing and creative team, which serves the company globally - across London, Europe and the United States. Day-to-day you’d work closely with our Head of B2B Marketing & Comms and our Creative Director to help us build beautiful campaigns that serve two key purposes: to help more employers see the value of supporting employee wellbeing, and to help Wagestream members make the most of their benefits. This is a warm, collaborative team which loves big ideas, learns from experimenting, and delivers at pace.
