Are you a content marketing expert who is passionate about helping people lead better, healthier lives? As Sr. Content Marketing Strategist, you will be the chief storyteller for our industry-leading Hot Spring® and Caldera Spas® brands. In this role, you’ll establish the brands as thought leaders in the Wellness space, create and execute PR strategy, drive demand generation and nurturing, educate prospects and social influencers, and compel consumers to engage with our brands’ content, product, and activities, among other duties.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Can you develop high-impact marketing content? You will be responsible for leading the content strategy for each brand including the development and management of the editorial content calendar resulting in personalized, branded content that maps to the buyer’s journey across owned, earned and paid media platforms. Working with key stakeholders and partner agencies, you will develop impactful content inclusive of dealer sales enablement resources, infographics, videos, web content, blogs, and social media content. Additionally, you will create and/or optimize brand personas and style guidelines that establish the voice for each brand.
  • Are you experienced in social media management? Working with internal and external agency partners, you will lead the development and execution of the annual social media marketing strategy and plan for our flagship brands, including monthly social calendar copy and graphics, community management, and reporting and insights. Working with the Customer Service team, you’ll leverage our social media channels to improve customer care and overall digital health for our brands, utilizing key performance indicators and results to adjust and optimize related strategies and tactics as needed.
  • Do you enjoy working collaboratively? You will directly manage our internal Content Marketing team and will work closely with external agency partners. You will frequently partner with key stakeholders across brands, as well as the Search Engine Marketing and Customer Experience teams, to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand-specific editorial calendars.
  • Can you drive continuous improvement? Using a data-driven approach, you will conduct regular content and process audits that will ensure content remains consistent in quality, style, and voice across all platforms and is optimized for user experience in all channels. We’ll look to you to develop a repeatable process to integrate brand strategic directions and tactical execution with marketing services production teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Marketing/PR/Advertising, English, Communications, or Journalism preferred. Minimum of 5 years of Marketing, PR, Advertising, and Marketing Communications. Equivalent combination of education/experience may be considered.
  • Experience in consumer products, dealer-direct marketing, brand and product positioning, advertising, point-of-sale merchandising, and eBusiness required.
  • Experience in corporate communications a plus.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.) required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to and interact with all levels within the organization.  Strong ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment. Willingness and ability to travel (~10%) for channel partner visits, conferences, trade shows, company meetings, etc.
