We are looking for a Content Editor to join our growing team of professionals! In this role, you will be responsible for planning long-term content strategies and developing all written content across all media and company channels. Let's cooperate!
Responsibilities:
Plan long-term content strategies and develop, assign and manage the quality of the company’s written content across all media and content channels, including:
- ideate and propose both ongoing and one-time content projects that map to company business/marketing goals (e.g., survey reports, content for blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, podcasts)
- interview subject matter experts to extract original thought leadership and to fuel content creation (e.g., contend drop-off)
- draft both long- and short-format written content
- leverage SEO best practices and strategy to inform content themes and keyword usage
- coordinate with project stakeholders and content writers to ensure the end-to-end completion of each content deliverable – from ideation to data intake and research, to development, to design, through to publishing
- measure the output, value, and success of ongoing/outgoing content projects
- identify potential upsell opportunities on existing products and services and present to project manager
- develop a strong understanding of client key messages, differentiators, and company voice, applying them across different written formats
- be prepared to collaborate closely with the sales/media team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
- fluent proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
- minimum 2 years of experience as an editor or similar position
- gtood communication and interpersonal skills
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and publishing tools
- knowledgeable about various social media platforms and SEO
- be able to research credible publications and sources for writing topic generation
- possesses creative initiative
Would be a plus:
- proficient in desktop publishing software
- experience with writing advanced content about the crypto mining industry and Bitcoin.
- ability to work with quantifiable metrics/KPIs to identify, acquire, engage, and retain consumers
- experience working with Asana
