In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
  • Lead the most complex industry-leading user interface design solutions
  • Lead teams of customer experience professionals during deployment of interaction design strategies
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Content Design business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead the team to meet functional area, project, or process deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Content Design peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals; may lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of experience leading content strategy for end-to-end customer experience in mobile and responsive web environments

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of the immediate department
  • Knowledge and understanding of Content Management Systems

Job Expectations:

  • ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
