Wells Fargo is seeking a Technical Training Content Specialist to join our Platform Rollout Strategy and Execution team within Wealth and Investment Management. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the Technical Training Content Strategist to create, manage, and maintain our WalkMe in-application support modules that will be developed and implemented within the advisor platform
  • Use the WalkMe administrative tools to create and maintain WalkMe modules
  • Track module development and ensure that all modules in the library are approved and compliant with all standards, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), brand, and other guidelines
  • Work with the strategist to help identify module needs, create prototypes, write and edit module content, and then code and test these prototypes in the WalkMe administrative tool before publishing
  • Work with the strategist to ensure all support areas and internal teams are trained on and are able to support users leveraging the WalkMe modules within the advisor platform

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing training
  • Experience in performance support
  • Experience building WalkMe content
  • Experience maintaining WalkMe content
  • Knowledge and understanding of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), JQuery, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the agile methodology
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of employees
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to consider the financial advisor experience to translate technical concepts into simple, easy-to-comprehend instructions and application guidance
