A Content Designer within our organization truly understands our customers on both sides of our digital marketplace and across all the countries we serve. You use this knowledge to ensure that the product we're building meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. You advocate the value of content design within the teams and across the company.

You will be joining a multidisciplinary UX team that is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, creative, enthusiastic, curious and fun! 

We are looking for a skilled Content Designer who will shape our product experience by creating concise, useful and meaningful content for our users. You’ll collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers and marketers from multiple teams and departments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Write, design and edit clear and consistent content for our end-to-end product as well as other touchpoints - this includes product flows, interface language, navigational nomenclature, emails, notifications, terminology, taxonomies, etc.
  • Test and measure your content to ensure it's impactful and optimized
  • Use and improve localization processes to ensure copy is effective with customers in multiple markets
  • Support the creation, maintenance and evolution of writing guidelines that are in line with our brand and Tone of Voice
  • Perform regular analysis and review of existing copy
  • Articulate your content design through various artifacts such as sketches, wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams, etc.
  • Craft product narratives and develop an information architecture to support the content strategy

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience as a Content Designer, User Experience Writer or in a similar role - writing and structuring content for digital products
  • Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Written fluency in Dutch, German or French is a plus
  • Proficient in UX tooling such as Figma and copy translation software
  • Skilled in using insights such as usability findings, user metrics and industry data to shape content solutions
  • Experienced in creating copy that is inclusive, accessible and resonates with a diverse audience
  • Skilled at working on several projects simultaneously
  • Creative, open to learning new things and embracing diverse ideas

Our Product, Technology and UX department currently consists of 4 tracks and approximately 130 professionals, with more than 15 different nationalities from all over the world. Each track focuses on the most valuable opportunity within their given scope. Within the tracks, multidisciplinary product development teams collaborate on achieving the goals that they set and commit to each quarter. We approach our decisions in an experiment-guided and Agile way: we validate new directions using a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
