Senior Content Strategist and Copywriter

Your job responsibilities as a Senior Content Strategist and UX Copywriter will include:

Content Strategy and Copywriting responsibilities:

  • Research competitive landscapes and identify opportunities for clients to differentiate
  • Develop new strategies for the Company and its clients to help them meet business and audience goals
  • Analyze what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the brand’s content efforts, then suggest improvements
  • Define editorial publishing strategies so content is consistent and compelling across all delivery streams
  • Prepare presentations to synthesize and socialize our recommendations using existing templates
  • Write, edit, and lead copywriting and editing projects for websites and apps
  • Write and edit UX and marketing content in design files (e.g. Figma)
  • Participate in client meetings; present strategic plans and example copy
  • Finalize strategic work and copy based on feedback from internal team members and clients
  • Implement strategic plans and copy in the appropriate tools

Senior Strategist responsibilities:

  • Define and create new and improved processes and templates
  • Lead client meetings: define agendas, lead discussions, and presentations about our work
  • Summarize and present your work as well as other team members’ for C-level audiences
  • Mentor, guide, and edit the work of more junior team members
  • Build and deepen client relationships
  • Assist the Company with scoping and selling new projects to current and new clients
  • Further, you will be performing other duties and responsibilities that are reasonable and consistent with your position and/or that may be assigned to you from time to time.


  • A minimum of 5+ years of content strategy and/or related copywriting experience in U.S. English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communication, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience producing highly converting copy for multiple audiences and channels
  • Experience leading content teams and mentoring more junior team members
  • Experience communicating with multiple project stakeholders about copy refinements and project deadlines
  • Experience collaborating with designers and developers to deliver copy that works well for all audiences
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment


  • Prior agency experience
  • Experience working in a casual small yet productive atmosphere on behalf of multiple clients
  • Deep expertise in SEO, social media strategy, UX copywriting, content marketing, SMS marketing, chatbots, or other areas of content specialization
  • Experience working in a similar self-driven, service-oriented, collaborative, and creative environment
  • A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

Available for 16-40 hours per week depending on skill sets and availability. 

We work 100% remotely.
