We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join the Worksome marketing team, based in Manhattan, New York City. This role will be responsible for developing the marketing content strategy, and creating compelling content and campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation. This is a newly created position, so there will be a unique opportunity to build out the content marketing program in a key strategic market with global rollout.

As the Content Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop the content strategy and framework, and with the SEO, demand gen, creative + website functions to create campaign materials. You’ll also have the opportunity to bring in content and copy resources as needed to help optimize our program.

You’ll join our growing US team of appr. 8 amazing people including the Global VP of Marketing and VP of Sales, and work closely with our global teams of +60 ambitious people across the HQ office in Copenhagen and our London office. You’ll be an early, core member of the marketing team and in it for the long run, ready to grow the program and play a key role in bringing Worksome into a world-leading position in the future of workspace.


  • Responsible for defining and managing the marketing team content calendar
  • Develop and support PR initiatives including thought leadership concepts
  • Responsible for producing customer acquisition content across the entire customer journey
  • Work with SEO manager to develop and maintain the company blog
  • Develop research and data needed to provide insight and support our campaigns
  • Coming up with ideas for exciting content for text, video and visuals 
  • You’ll cater to two segments: 1) potential new clients (companies) and 2) freelancers and consultants. 


  • 4-7 years of experience in developing, managing and optimizing a content marketing program for a B2B tech product or service
  • Experience in using customer insight as a key source of strategy and information
  • Strong passion for developing content campaigns on multiple channels
  • Experience in utilizing tech stacks including Hubspot/marketing automation, Youtube/video platforms and social media dashboards 
  • Experience in copywriting is a must
  • You take ownership of projects and don’t need someone to tell you what to do
  • You’re curious by nature and have a willingness to learn and collaborate
