What will your day look like?
As a Content Strategist or Senior Content Strategist, you will be part of the Experience Design & Communications Team, working on projects for global clients, gaining a thorough insight into their businesses. You will define customer journeys, trigger programs and experiences in all shapes and sizes with tasks that include:

You will join a tight-knit team where Content Strategists work side-by-side with creatives, UX Designers, Project Managers, Data Scientists and Developers. You will get plenty of opportunity to apply your expertise and experience while further developing your professional skillset. An important part of being an employee of Wunderman Thompson MAP is also to be a culture bearer; someone who enjoys being surrounded by amazing colleagues. While we do have flexibility as needed to allow for working from home, we are building a team that can work on-site (in either Austin, TX or Toronto, Canada) most of your time. This is particularly of value to us in the first 3-6 months of your employment, as we will be flying in team members from MAP in Copenhagen to help establish our first presence in the U.S./North America. This means you will be a vital piece of our new office!
