Kyle was a freelance content designer for years before landing at Fidelity. As the only content designer for their Bloom and Youth mobile apps, he blended behavioral psychology and UX writing to launch mindful spending and teen brokerage experiences—both of which were firsts of their kind.
Currently, Kyle is the Head of Content Design at Credit Karma, where he leads strategy for content ops and the intersection of GenAI and content design.
In a not-so-far-off tomorrow, he hopes his experience with LLMs means he can work alongside (and not for) the robot overlords.
