Faith is an experienced content designer with expertise in creating engaging, impactful and informative content for a wide range of audiences across various digital platforms. She works at Canada’s biggest bank, Royal Bank of Canada, as a senior UX content designer working on client-focused data visualization projects and conversational AI initiatives.
Faith has created content and visuals that not only communicated complex ideas in a simple and easy-to-understand manner but also helped to build brand identity and connect with target users.
Her passion for storytelling led her to pursue a Bachelors degree in media communications from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Masters degree in journalism from the University of Hamburg, Germany. Afterwards, she worked as a marketing communications project manager before transitioning to content and conversation design.
Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of the interplay between words, visuals, and user experience. She approaches every project with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail. In addition to her work, she enjoys staying up-to-date with industry trends and sharing her knowledge with others through workshops, articles and conferences.
