Gladys is a Content Designer and Conversation Designer, with expertise in inclusion and accessibility. She collaborated with Renault, Ornikar or Beta Gouv. She is currently Lead Content Designer at Dailymotion and author of UX Writing: when content transforms the experience.
She worked for almost 12 years as a press officer in new technologies. Among her clients, Bose, HP, Google, Kickstarter, Box, Samsung, Nikon etc. She is proud to have helped create and launch the Nikon Festival.
She discovered UX Design thanks to one of her recruitment clients. After some training in UX Design, UX Research then in UX Content Design, she got started.
