Katrin is a UX content strategist, architect and consultant. Her last role as content design lead at German insurance start-up wefox grew her skillset as a leader immensely. With a solid linguistic background and a degree in literature, Katrin has been a freelance writer for almost 20 years, a language teacher, and worked in marketing as content specialist, until she found her calling in the field of all things experience and service design. She is always determined to remove barriers–within products and between silos.
Katrin is an outspoken public speaker: she has been a sought-after podcast guest (Content Strategy Insights, UX Heroes, Content Rookie), constantly advocating for the advancement of neuroinclusion in digital designs. When she is not speaking or teaming up with peers, Katrin is writing pieces about inclusion, diversity and UX community topics on Medium and Substack.
