Felicia is currently leading experience foundations and information architecture at Teradata. Previously, she led teams at Meta, Clover Network, and [24]7.ai. She bridges design, technology, systems, and user needs to build cohesive product experiences. Her superpower is orchestrating cross-functional forces, strategies, and timing to drive outsized product impact in complex product organizations whether it's data analytics, content moderation, Fintech, or customer service.

When Felicia's not working, she cooks a variety of cuisines in her kitchen. And she seeks out great food—Din Tai Fung is currently undefeated and she's open to challengers.
