With a PhD in rhetoric and nearly 20 years of experience leading distributed teams, she brings a mix of theory, practice, and empathy to how UX content shows up in organizations.

She is the founder and host of the Content Design Leaders community, a space for content design leaders who want a safe space to learn from one another, talk honestly about their work, and not go it alone.
