Megan is a UX writer and content designer focused on inclusive, accessible, and trauma informed digital experiences. She spent a decade teaching public school before moving into tech, where she built a strong foundation in communication, empathy, and designing for diverse needs. Her focus on trauma informed content grew from personal experience, prompting deeper exploration into how digital experiences can better support people with lived experience of trauma and leading to the development of a practical framework for content designers. Her work spans startups and enterprise organizations, including Justpoint, Check Point, Jedify, Bilton, and more.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys running, listening to standup comedy, and spending time with her eight year old daughter, sharing everything from baking projects and card games to escape rooms and Broadway shows.
