She's been working in content design since 2012, including 6+ years at Meta focused on global support and safety experiences. Natalie was a founding member of the GOV.UK content design team.

Since going freelance, Natalie has partnered with startups, scale-ups, and large organisations — primarily with a focus on trust and safety, and responsible, inclusive product design.
