Camila is a product and content designer mashup skilled at UX strategies, voice and conversation design. She perceives content design through the lens of human-to-human conversations. At Amazon, she wore several hats — including content strategy for Alexa and smart devices and UX writing for the Customer Service Design team. Currently, she's at Square helping establish the content design practice across the product ecosystem.
