Job Overview:

As a UX Writer, you'll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our apps through language. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every message is aligned with our brand voice, user-centered, and purposefully designed to create a seamless and intuitive product experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Craft clean, straight-to-the-point copy for all app interfaces, including buttons, labels, instructions, and notifications;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure messaging is consistent and user-focused;
• Improve and maintain the app’s tone of voice to make it easy for users to understand what to expect from our services;
• Write and refine in-app notifications, onboarding flows, error messages, and help content to maximize clarity and user engagement;
• Conduct content audits and suggest improvements for existing copy to enhance user comprehension and satisfaction;
• Use data and user feedback to iterate and optimize messaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in UX writing role;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX writing for digital products;
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both Vietnamese and English — clear, concise, and user-focused;
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability principles;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Comfortable using user research and analytics data to inform content decisions;
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Have a personal laptop.
