Position Purpose
The Manager of Content Design will lead and mentor a team of content designers, overseeing the execution of content initiatives that align with business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences. This role is focused on guiding the team in the creation, design, and maintenance of digital content while ensuring it meets technical and business requirements. You will foster a collaborative and supportive environment, providing direction and feedback to ensure content quality, consistency, and efficiency across web, mobile, email, SMS, and other digital platforms for high-visibility initiatives.
You will also be responsible for the career development and growth of your team, helping individuals reach their full potential through coaching, mentorship, and tailored development opportunities. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure content efforts align with broader organizational objectives while empowering your team to excel in their craft.
Responsibilities
Education/Experience
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
2+ years leadership role preferred.
Technical Skills
One or more of the following skills are desired.
Experience with one or more of the following Digital Content; Digital Design; Digital Integration; Macintosh Adobe; Mobile Application Development; Program Management; Web Services; GenAIKnowledge in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) beneficial

Pay Range
$119,100.00 - $220,500.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
