Position Purpose
As a Senior Content Designer, you will lead the development and execution of content strategy, delivering high-impact content. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners like designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define technical and business requirements, design engaging experiences, and ensure quality control. By leveraging GenAI technology and innovative approaches, you'll create and enhance customer experiences across web, mobile, and chat platforms for high-visibility initiatives.
Education/Experience
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills
One or more of the following skills are desired.
Experience with user experience and design tools such as, but not limited to Figma, Miro, Adobe (AEM), or Writer
Pay Range
$85,300.00 - $158,100.00 per year
