Jobot Consulting is looking for a contract (potential for contract-to-hire if a perfect fit) Content Strategist to lead the launch of a new digital platform designed to support community and workplace well-being. This person will build and manage a content strategy that converts existing educational and video content into engaging, social-media-ready experiences that inspire real behavior change.

What You'll Do

• Develop a content roadmap for a pilot social platform (think Facebook meets Reddit for wellness communities). Take long-form content (articles, videos, resources) and repurpose it into short-form posts, forum discussions, events, and toolkits.
• Build and manage a content calendar aligned with wellness transformation milestones.
• Write compelling copy and execute basic graphic design in Canva or Adobe tools.
• Monitor engagement, adjust strategies based on content performance, and support content publishing to the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from marcomm, editorial, and community teams to ensure alignment in tone, timing, and mission.
• Bonus if you have video editing skills—this team is sitting on a goldmine of raw footage.

What They're Looking For

• A background in content strategy, digital marketing, or community engagement—especially in the wellness or behavior-change space.
• Experience converting long-form educational content into usable social assets.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-meets-impact environment.
• Tools Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, social scheduling tools, basic analytics.

• Contract 60–90 days to start, with potential for long-term work if it's a mutual fit.
