Digital UX Writer - VP

As a Digital Banking UX Writer, you will support J.P. Morgan's innovative approach to financial services, specifically focusing on the Wholesale Payments business segment. This role involves creating content, strategies, and guidelines for digital banking products that cater to large enterprise clients, small businesses, marketplaces, and gig economies.

The firm processes trillions of dollars a day and settles critical global financial transactions, making this an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading global organization in the financial services industry.

You will collaborate with business, product, and development teams to create content for user interfaces and contribute to the optimization of client experience through advanced product development.

In this role, you'll:

• Plan and create content for user interfaces across various digital banking products.
• Write product descriptions, case studies, articles, video scripts, emails, slide decks, etc.
• Edit content into a consistent voice, tone, and style.
• Follow content guidelines and contribute ideas for improvements.
• Collaborate with content strategists, technical writers, product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
• Provide insights for improving application usability.

You should have a good understanding of:

• Fintech products, preferably for B-to-B users.
• Marketing content for technical products.
• End-user instructions.
• User experience.
• Application of brand and style book guidelines.
• AP Stylebook.

Your experience should include:

• 8 or more years experience in UX writing, product marketing, technical writing, or related fields.
• A portfolio of content examples demonstrating clarity of style and voice.
• Working knowledge of and experience with APIs.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and understand product functionality.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Your working location will be:

New York - hybrid office/home.
