Our client is seeking a Content Strategist to join their team! This position is remote.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen sales and customer relationships through impactful storytelling and ongoing advocacy activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between advocacy efforts and overall business objectives
- Identify and engage key customer advocates whose experiences align with strategic goals, maintaining and growing a robust advocate database
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact and internal champion
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling customer story content that showcases value and drives engagement
- Design, launch, and manage customer advocacy programs that reward participation, promote visibility, and recognize advocate contributions
- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance and impact of advocacy initiatives, delivering insights to guide program enhancements
- Coordinate and support advocate involvement in marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, brand campaigns, and analyst briefings
- Promote customer stories and experiences through social media channels to amplify brand awareness and engagement
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in a Customer Advocacy or Customer Reference program, with hands-on involvement in creating B2B case studies in collaboration with clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple teams and levels within a large, matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and common IT challenges, enabling meaningful customer engagement and storytelling
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing communication strategies, including audience segmentation, content development, messaging frameworks, and channel optimization, with a digital-first approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms, including Google Workspace and Workfront
- Experience developing creative briefs and translating business goals into actionable content strategies
- Skilled in simplifying complex technical topics for broader audiences, ensuring clarity and accessibility
- Familiarity with customer reference tools and platforms used to manage and scale advocacy efforts

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $43.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
