Position Overview

We are looking for a talented UX Writer to develop clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances our product’s user experience. You will work closely with designers, product managers, developers, and researchers to craft copy that simplifies complex concepts and ensures a seamless user journey.

Key Responsibilities

Write and edit microcopy, onboarding flows, error messages, tooltips, buttons, and other user interface content.
Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to understand user needs and develop content strategies that improve usability and engagement.
Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and style across all digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback on content effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Develop and maintain content style guides, voice guidelines, and best practices for UX writing.
Advocate for the user by ensuring clarity, accessibility, and inclusivity in all content.
Assist in creating instructional content, FAQs, and help documentation as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
3+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or related roles.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of digital content.
Experience working within design and product teams, preferably in Agile environments.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise language.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
