You're used to a dynamic work environment, believe that obsessing about customers results in high quality products, and get why the Oxford comma rules. You have a strong UX writing background, aren't afraid to dive deep and learn about devices, and care about even the smallest detail. You have the ability to breakdown complex user instructions into concise customer-friendly documentation.

Day to Day Rhythm:
Will work 3-7 projects any given day
Interacts with teams such as Legal, PMs, DPMs, provides content for new features, settings, and customer content that is both informative and educational.
Ensuring accessibility is considered with respect to content
Localization (Character Count)
Informing Interaction design
Craft content for settings, features, and error message)
Respond to Intake tickets
Adhere to patterns for a consistent experience (design/style guide)
