UX Content Strategist

As a content strategist on the Shopper Experience team, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how millions of customers discover, shop, and connect with food. You'll craft content that doesn't just inform—it inspires, simplifies, and personalizes the grocery journey across digital and in-store touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Create and optimize content for various digital platforms, including websites, apps, and social media.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into the user experience.
• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content strategist or UX writer, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for creating user-centered content that enhances the customer experience.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
