Key Responsibilities
- Craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging for time-sensitive servicing notifications, alerts, and authentication flows. This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform.
- Play a key role in shaping the way Client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Ensures user-friendly messaging for authentication flows, helping clients securely access their accounts with confidence and ease.
Key Requirements And Technology Experience
- 3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field
- Strong understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Experience with bulk notifications, application alerts, servicing messages, and authentication content
- Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro.
