Compliancy Group was founded in 2005 by former auditors and compliance experts. We realized that there was a gap in the market, as there were no HIPAA solutions aimed at serving the small-mid-sized market. As such, traditional compliance solutions were often too expensive and complex to be effective for these businesses. Thus, our compliance tracking solution, the Guard, was born.

Each of our clients has a dedicated Compliance Coach to guide them through implementing an effective, comprehensive compliance program. Clients meet with their Coach in a series of virtual meetings, and if any questions should arise between meetings, Coaches are always available to answer them.

What’s even better is upon completion of our process, Coaches verify and validate clients’ compliance programs to ensure that they have everything they need to be in compliance with the law. Upon validation, clients receive our Seal of Compliance(SOC). The SOC can be displayed on an organization’s website, and their email signature line, proving to patients that they take HIPAA seriously, and are dedicated to safeguarding protected health information.
