Technical Writer

Our client, a multinational data center company, is looking for a detail-oriented technical writer. This is an initial 3 month contract-immediate start- with a view to longer term work. This work is remote- based in Eastern time zone.

Required Skills Experience

• 5+ years of technical writing experience – minimum 2 years in data center environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve documentation supporting data center operations, infrastructure, and services
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements
• May require occasional travel to data center facilities
