UX Copywriter for Crypto Wallet App

What you'll be working on

• Develop foundational UX copy for a new crypto wallet application targeting crypto-curious users
• Create a distinctive brand voice and tone that demystifies cryptocurrency for beginners
• Design comprehensive content patterns and style guidelines for the product's copy
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure cohesive user experience
• Craft clear, engaging microcopy for app interfaces, onboarding, error messages, and notifications

Responsibilities

• Define and document the brand's communication style and voice
• Write user-friendly, intuitive copy for all app screens, user flows, error and notification messages
• Create consistent terminology and messaging across the application
• Iterate on copy based on user feedback and product testing
• Participate in weekly team meetings to align on product direction
• Contribute to the overall user experience strategy

Requirements

• Native English speaker with strong writing and communication skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of UX copywriting experience
• Background or demonstrable experience with UX copywriting in finance, banking, cryptocurrency, or related field
• Portfolio showcasing clear, concise UX writing
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple language
• Proficient in remote collaboration tools
• Available for 20 hours per week, with flexibility for East Coast time zone meetings
